Do you realize that if you eat 100 more calories then you burn a day, you will gain 10 pounds by the end of the year. YIKES! The best way to make sure this does not happen is to keep a food log.
Natalie was born and raised in southern California. She decided at a very young age that she wanted to be a fitness professionl. She has a true love and concern for people and loves to help them reach their goals to become healthy. Natalie earned her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from USU and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She played soccer for USU and is well qualified to help you reach your fitness goals. Natalie is also certified to teach TRX and is a Dotfit fitness professional. She is married and has a one year old baby girl.
I think I've been doing that for nearly 20 years. No wonder I have so much to lose. :) I had better do a better job of logging my food!
